The agreement between you and us.
Welcome to Ameritechwebs Hosting ("Ameritechwebs," "we," "us," or "our"), a division of Medios Corporativos, headquartered in Houston, Texas. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our web hosting services, websites, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
By signing up for an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

To use most of our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Our Services are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
We honor the price at which you signed up — we do not raise renewal prices on existing customers. If we ever introduce a price change for new customers, your existing rate will remain locked for the life of your account.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of service, contact billing@ameritechwebs.com for a full refund of hosting fees. Domain registrations are non-refundable per ICANN policy.
If payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge for 7 days. Accounts unpaid for more than 7 days may be suspended. Accounts unpaid for more than 30 days may be terminated and data deleted.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
We commit to a 99.99% uptime guarantee as detailed in our Service Level Agreement. Service credits are available for downtime exceeding this threshold.
We perform automated backups as a courtesy. However, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we make every reasonable effort to preserve your data, we are not liable for data loss.
You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard at app.ameritechwebs.com or by contacting billing@ameritechwebs.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or fail to pay for services rendered. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
You retain all rights to content you upload. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and back up that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The Ameritechwebs name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ameritechwebs Hosting, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ameritechwebs Hosting from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
